Privacy policy

Issy Luck Yoga ("I", "me", "my") is run by Isabella Luck in Freshwater, New South Wales. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why, and what you can do about it. I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What I collect

• Contact details you give me: name, email address, phone number.
• Health information you choose to share, such as injuries, pregnancy or conditions that affect your practice. This is sensitive information and I only collect it because it is necessary to teach you safely.
• Booking and payment details. Payments are handled by Calendly and Stripe. I never see or store your card number.
• Mailing list details if you sign up: your first name and email address.

Why I collect it

• To confirm and manage your bookings.
• To reply to you when you get in touch.
• To adapt a class or session so it is safe for your body.
• To send you the free class and occasional updates, if you asked for them.

Who I share it with

I do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever. I share it only with the services needed to run the business: the booking system (Calendly), payment processing (Stripe), and email delivery. Each of those handles your data under their own privacy terms.

I may disclose information if the law requires it.

How it is kept

Health information is kept only as long as you are practising with me, and is never discussed with anyone else. Contact details are kept until you ask me to delete them. Everything sits in password-protected accounts.

Photographs

I sometimes photograph or film classes for social media and YouTube. I will always ask first, and you can say no without any awkwardness. If you have already appeared in something and want it taken down, tell me and I will remove it.

Your rights

• Access: ask me what I hold about you.
• Correction: ask me to fix anything wrong.
• Deletion: ask me to delete it, unless I am legally required to keep it.
• Unsubscribe: use the link in any email, or just ask.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If I add basic visitor analytics later, I will update this page first.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, email me first and I will try to put it right. If you are still unhappy you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
